An owner or manager is expected to get a job done in a timely manner. To do this, they must be able to plan, analyze situations, identify the problem, and make a decision to solve the problem, set realistic goals then solve the problem. Planning, decision-making and problem-solving ae the basic fundamentals of any given leadership in today’s working environment Managers, more than anything else, needs the ability to make sound and timely business decisions. This separates great leaders from really poor leaders. It is expected for owners and managers to make high quality decisions that are accepted to the situation and accomplished in a timely manner. Feasibility Report: Although, this type of planning is argued that it is not a type of business planning; most businesses start with this as their first formal document.
